A fully equipped office in a historic setting: high-speed internet, printer, coffee and tea included, kitchen access. Three desks available on working days between 9:00 and 18:00. Book a half day (4 hours), a full day, a week, a 10-day pack or a monthly pass.

Opening hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00. NGOs and educational institutions receive a 10% discount. Half days, days and weeks are paid in full on confirmation; the 10-day pack and the monthly subscription, with a 50% deposit. Cancellation is free at least 7 days in advance. Prices shown are final, VAT included.

The rate includes: projector and screen, flipchart, WiFi, utilities, cleaning and support from the venue coordinator.

The invoice is issued using these details, once payment is received. We do not ask for a personal ID number (CNP). Companies outside Romania fill in their details manually (using their own country's VAT number) — the ANAF lookup only covers the register of the Romanian tax authority.
