For three decades, Maison d'Ille et Vilaine has been the home of the cooperation between Sibiu County and the French department of Ille-et-Vilaine (Brittany): a historic building at Str. Conrad Haas nr. 14 that has hosted Franco-Romanian cultural, educational and rural development projects, and where the partner associations (Asociația de prietenie Ille et Vilaine – Sibiu, Solidarité 35 Roumanie) continue their work. Since 2026, the house's spaces — the large hall, the small meeting room and the cowork — can be booked online and are managed by ACSB Events, a Sibiu-based event production company.

The large multipurpose hall (40–60 people in theatre layout, around 25 at tables) costs 180 lei per hour (minimum 2 hours), 540 lei for a half day (4 hours), 900 lei for a full day (8 hours) and 720 lei per day for bookings of at least 2 days. Prices include VAT. A 20% surcharge applies at weekends and after 20:00.
Yes — the small meeting room, for 8–10 people, costs 80 lei per hour (minimum 2 hours), 270 lei for 4 hours and 450 lei for a full day, VAT included.
Yes. The cowork has 3 desks, available Monday to Friday, 9–18, with high-speed internet, a printer, coffee and tea included. A half day (4 hours) costs 60 lei, a full day 90 lei, a week 400 lei, the 10-day pack 700 lei and the monthly subscription 1,000 lei — all VAT included.
All rentals include a projector and screen, flipchart, WiFi, utilities, cleaning and support from the venue coordinator. On request, the ACSB Events team provides sound, recording, streaming and simultaneous interpreting (quoted separately), and catering is arranged through local partners.
Send a booking request online — no payment is taken at this stage. You will receive a reply by e-mail, usually on the same working day, and once approved you pay online (card, Revolut Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay) or by bank transfer: a 50% deposit for rooms, for the 10-day cowork pack and for the monthly cowork subscription, or the full amount for cowork by the half day, day or week. The booking is confirmed once the payment is received.
Yes. Cancellation is free at least 7 days before the booked date, with a full refund of the amount paid. With less than 7 days' notice, the 50% deposit is retained.
NGOs and educational institutions receive a 10% discount, and recurring bookings (at least 4 per month) a further 10%.
Yes. The website, the confirmation e-mails and the booking page are available in Romanian, English, French, German and Spanish, and online payment accepts international cards. Invoices are issued in lei (RON), VAT included.
