A generous hall on the upper floor, suited to conferences, courses, workshops, screenings and receptions. Around 40–60 people in theatre layout, about 25 at tables.

Opening hours: daily, 8:00–22:00. A 20% surcharge applies at weekends and after 20:00. NGOs and educational institutions receive a 10% discount. The booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit; the balance is paid against an invoice. Cancellation is free at least 7 days in advance. Prices shown are final, VAT included.

The rate includes: projector and screen, flipchart, WiFi, utilities, cleaning and support from the venue coordinator.

The invoice is issued using these details, once payment is received. We do not ask for a personal ID number (CNP). Companies outside Romania fill in their details manually (using their own country's VAT number) — the ANAF lookup only covers the register of the Romanian tax authority.
